Guest guest
> > I had posted this to Bee, but still need answers. > I know about the snizzle article, but what is a snizzle? ==>Here's the information on how to do a snizzle from the article " Sinus Treatments (snizzles, etc.) " posted in our files (after the folders): Snizzle Procedure 1. Next, suck up the salt water solution to fill the bulb syringe. 2. While leaning forward over the sink, with your face pointing down, not up, and with a towel handy, insert the bulb syringe into the right nostril (never the left first!). 3. Gently squeeze the solution well back into the nose. Hold your breath; do not breathe in while squeezing. Gently blow out the congestion onto a tissue. 4. The final step is to sniffle strongly to clear up the salt water remaining in the very back of the nose. 5. Next, repeat above with the left nostril. 6. After that use the remaining solution as an excellent throat gargle for relieving harsh discomfort and irritation. Do snizzles at least 4 times a day for a few days and then stop for a few days. But remember to alternate sea salt snizzles with acidophilus snizzles done the same way with 1/2 tsp. of acidophilus powder in warm water (mix thoroughly). Another helpful snizzle is using ½ 3% hydrogen peroxide and ½ body temperature clean water and use the same method with it as described above, except you wouldn't swallow the remaining solution as in Step 6 above. Other Helpful Treatments You can also swab the inside of your nose with a Q-tip and coconut oil. For swelling apply warm wet heat directly to the swollen areas 4 times a day; use a wash cloth soaked in water as hot as you can stand it without burning your skin. Essential fatty acids (especially Omega 3) contained in a good Cod Liver Oil are important for reducing allergic reactions and inflammation. Take 1 - 2 tablespoons per day. Also the Vitamin A and D contained in CLO are very important for the health of mucus membranes. Ensure that the air you are breathing is moist by using a humidifier or by boiling water on the stove for a couple of hours per day. While taking a shower breathe in deeply several times to draw moisture into your sinuses. ******end of article****** >Should I get off of Allegra too? This is not a nasal spray but normal pill dosage for allergies. ==>Yes, do get off Allergra. All drugs are toxic to the body, while natural treatments help the body heal itself naturally. > A test for thyroid said that I was hypothyroid, so I have taken Levoxyl at the lowest dosage, 0.075 mg., for two years now. I am 51. ==>Thyroid problems are caused by candida because candida toxins cause all cells to go rigid therefore thyroid hormones and other hormones cannot get into the cells where they are needed to do their job. But don't stop taking thyroid hormones, but do change from the synthetic version to a natural dessicated one like Armour. > Maxalt is a triptan to control migraines. ==>All drugs are toxic to the body, but because of the pain you may not be able to stop taking them until you've built up your immune system. You may be able to gradually decrease them. Good saturated fats are very important for the brain, along with other oil soluble vitamins from cod liver oil and omega 3 from cod liver oil in the winter and fish oils in the summer per my article. The brain is 70- 80% fat. The diet will naturally detoxify your body along with other recommended treatments in my article, i.e. dry skin brushing, lemons and ocean sea salt in water, epsom salt baths, etc. The entire candida program works together (diet, supplements, antifungals, probiotics, other treatments) to assist your body to heal - always done gradually to allow your body to adjust to each change. > The double-beats are from my heart. ==>Your heart will double-beat as a healing reaction pumping more life-giving blood into your system to affect healing. As you do the candida program you will find that will gradually improve. > I used ghee from pasteurized butter with my eggs this am, and felt > better without the olive oil. Die-off is happening with nausea and > brain fog since then. > Is it safe to make ghee out of raw butter, or should I just eat it > straight? ==>Yes, it is very safe to make ghee out of butter, whether it is pasteurized or not. You can also eat it straight if you are not sensitive to the proteins in butter. > Thanks for your help! > Also, I had a bad experience with enemas, causing me to bleed one time. I know these are good, but is once a week okay? ==>Once a week enemas is very good. Do follow the procedures exactly as written to get the best results, and do them gently without any forcing.
