Guest guest
Today was a little different for me. Having RA for six months now I kinda know what to expect. The Arava and Vioxx seem to be helping fine but something different happened today. Both my Dr's are gone for Labor Day so I thought I'd ask the group. For some unknown reason the muscles in my upper and lower arms, the muscles in my chest, upper back, and neck started hurting real bad. Joints are fine today. Really odd because they hurt even if you touch them. This is a new one for me. BP and pulse are normal. Doesn't hurt to breathe, no heart pain just muscle pain like a very bad flu and no sickness. Any suggestions? Ohio - Terry

At first if everything seems loud as it often happen, you can lower it. One of the joy of the mapping, your audie will not let you hear more than you can tolerate but you will still hear anything very loud at YOUR most loudest comfort zone. You will find that the speech processor DO NOT work like a hearing aid. Good luck with your upcoming activation. Lee
