Guest guest
Hey all, I don't usually write too much, sort of a sideliner but if you are anything like me you might be looking for a way to spice up your staples in this diet. I ran across this salad that is fresh baby greens, cilantro, dill, endive, and flat parsley. This salad with some tomatoes and olive oil w/ celtic sea salt for dressing is fabulous! I could eat it almost every meal....oh wait I do eat it along with almost every meal :-) Thought I would share--I know it sort of gets tough to create variety. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Thanks, , for your salad tip. I made a salad the other day - lettuce, fresh oregano, and red rubykraut (sauerkraut made with red cabbage, lacto-fermented of course) drizzled with olive oil. Very easy. Another one was lettuce, grated daikon radish, diluted umeboshi plum paste (from Japanese salted plums -- health food store), a bit of lime juice, nori seaweed flakes and coconut oil - T
