With regard to daily protein, fat and carb ratios, with the protein, as my height in centimetres is 155cms (yeah, Im a shorty) my daily ration would be 55gms, so does that mean 55gms of protein is equivalent to 55gms of beef/lamb/fish? 55gms of meat to me sounds like a meagre amount.
