I started my rejuv. at 6:30 p.m. last Thurs., and will try it tonight

to see what " happens. " I don't dare risk trying it before work.

Thanks for your answers, Bee!

The file post says that candida sufferers should not take the

extended versions (batches made from the 3-day batch) b/c of yeast.

What " side effects " will this bring on? How soon can THEY be gotten

rid of? I don't have candida, but don't know " what " I have, so

knowing anything in advance will help.

I started taking it about 7 months after starting on powdered

What do you mean by " primed " ? I'm guessing the rejuv. helped more

than the acidophilus...could you elaborate on how the rejuv. helped

you and how quickly you noticed a difference b/c of it? I'm unable

to flip into the files while posting msgs, but I remember your

history as being that you took rejuv. and a few other things to

rebuild your system.

yes, I agree, and Prim.Def. does urge up to 12 doses a day, or about

$45 for 2 wks! That's an awful lot of money.

==>You would be fine taking the extended version, 3-day batch,

Glenn! I only took the 3-day batch. I don't know why there is a

warning about candida sufferers making a new batch each day. I think

I got the original recipe from someone in my Candida Support Group

back in 1987.

==>By primed I meant my body was prepared, but I had been on the

program for about a year and 2 months.

==>I can't tie any specific improvement to cabbage rejuvelac, or even

acidophilus. Also I can't say cabbage rejuvelac helped me better than

acidophilus. I was still taking digestive enzymes too. Glenn, that

was 19 years ago. No one thing helped me more or made significant

improvements more than another. The whole programs operates

together, and it " all " makes improvements, not one isolated thing.

==>Yes, I took a lot of things. I was on welfare and, fortunately

they paid for all my supplements. My wonderful holistic M.D. made a

list of what I needed and gave it to the pharmacist at this little

drug store outside of the city. The pharmacist sent me everything by

mail and all I had to do was call him.

Natural healing means you only give the amount that helps the body

but doesn't overwhelm it, and no more.

==>That is a " lot " of money! Whew! And I believe they charge way

too much for all of their products, even their cod liver oil which I

take and like. I noticed that other CLOs upped their prices since

Garden of Life's big marketing campaign and high prices. I wish I

could get a good, but different brand of CLO.
