Guest guest
Dear Bee, Do you think I'll notice a difference, as in health improvements, from not nuking my food? It's very hard. Today I haven't eaten lunch yet, because what I brought (Jeanne OTN's butter chicken) doesn't work cold. I'm going to have to come up with other lunch ideas. I'm afraid of tuna now after reading the Chicago Tribune piece... Thnx, jne ots __________________________________________ DSL – Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less. dsl. Guest guest
We have a tiny kitchen that really doesn't have any counter space available for this. However, I'm thinking about getting a small toaster oven for my cube instead. I think this one will work: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2138918 & cat=90774 & type=1 & de\ pt=4044 & path=0%3A4044%3A90548%3A90546%3A90774 Luv, Debby San , CA --- jeannekrieg@... wrote: > Do you have a kitchen area at work where you can > re-heat stuff in a little electric frying pan? > Seriously it doesn't take very long to reheat if you > put it on a higher temp and doesn't smell any more > than someone micro-waving. Guest guest
Cold chicken breast is lovely with mayonaise. I'm thinking of trying the salad in the food processor (one of Bee;s recipes) And take vinaigrette dressing with me in a separate container, so that I can add that later. Chicken is very nice cold. We all have the same problem.. I;m taking sellery stakes with garlic butter for snack. a Dear Bee, Do you think I'll notice a difference, as in health improvements, from not nuking my food? It's definitely off the list of foods for the candida diet. You'd be better off mixing a little bit of olive oil and lemon or lime juice.
