Thanks, Amy. It all sound very familiar, except I use to fall asleep

after dinner. I find with the diet from Bee it don't anymore, so when I

do I have done something wrong.

I had also light sensitivity. It cleared up when I had my amalgams

removed. One day a few of my many fillings were replaced. A few days

later I noticed I wasn't wearing sun glasses in the car anymore. I was

all the time with sunglasses, unless it was raining or very grey

weather.

People used to laugh at me wearing them.

My foggy brain cleared up after taking chlorophyle products. But I got a

bad reaction on them after taking to many in a period of two months.

Your list is not boring, for I had about the same list. I have lost

quite a few symptoms already, so it's encouraging maybe. I'm taking care

of my health for over five years now, but I wasn't always eating right,

and I believe that's the final stage for me now.

I believe my emotional problems were to huge to start on a good diet,

for I knew I had to do something like this. I just hadn't the strength

for it.

So I improved my emotional situation bit by bit, and have very much the

feeling I'm trying to pull myself out of the swamp single handed.

You know, there are so many things you can do for your health. I had

orthotics on measure , I'm doing great on them, and that gave me a lot

more energy as well. I had glasses, an orthomolecular doctor gave me

that advice (why couldn't my general doctor tell me that?) and many more

things. The list of things I've already done for my health is as long as

my symptoms.

I still have:

Palpitations,

Tiredness,

Blood sugar is improving,

Allergies

Headaches,

Sinusitis,

Pain in the back around the adrenal glands

Muscle ache

Emotionally overwhelmed at times

Difficulty with discipline and structuring my days when alone.

Impatience

Difficulty coping with noise

So, there's still a lot to improve. Some problems seem personal,

characteristic, but I know they aren't. When I feel better, in the

summertime, it doesn't bother me.

It's related to the tiredness I firmly believe. It makes me more

indulgent with other people (and my students) for I know it's not just

bad character or lazyness when someone isn't doing what they ought to. I

sometimes tell my students to be careful with sugar and eat right, take

breakfast and things, for youngsters eat very badly and they are

surprised when they are too tired to do right in class, or when they do

bad in a test.

I'll look up the site!

Bye, Amy,

Hi a,

I only realised my adrenals played a part in my candida when reading

through Bee's file and while googling.

Over the last few years I've just pushed myself too much, not

relaxing, stressing over work and other silly problems and getting

addicted to bread!!

My symptoms are long (and could get boring!!)

Main probs:

Low blood sugar - very regular meals

Multiple food sensitivities/reactions

Foggy brain/dyslexia (used to be a clever clogs)

Problems writing

Sensitivity to bright light/blind in the dark/spots in front of eyes

Ringing ears/blocked ears/sensitive hearing

Only put weight on around stomach, difficulty putting on weight.

Low blood pressure

Feel faint/dizzy/lightheaded/shaky

Palpatations

Unable to take any sort of stress (especially emotional)

Snappy when hungry/tired

Tired in the morning, gets better in the afternoon then a dip, peak

energy after dinner in the evening.

Bee's diet seems to have helped the blood sugars and adding sea salt

to everything helps. I'm trying to do nearly all the tips in the

Helping your Adrenals file. Getting to bed early, making your life

simple, body brushing etc. Try and get to bed by 10pm.

www.adrenalfatigue.org is a little help but Bee's advice seems to

spot on in mirroring what other people say.

Could you share with me the supplement program you were on prior to having the

dental work done? I'm assuming that your doctor or dentist tried to reduce your

mercury level prior to the work being done. I'm curious because I'm having my

amalgams taken out next month.

Thanks.

Good thing, Robin! Do be careful, and read whatever you can find on the

net about it. Your dentist has to really know what he’s doing. Is he

experienced, does he or she use the good protection? There is a good

thing on the market that’s called Clean Up. It surrounds your tooth and

sucks away all the amalgam parts and the vapors from it, so you won’t

breathe it or swallow it.

That’s the main thing, protection while it’s done. How many will you

have removed? I had 17 fillings removed. It was done in 6 times. One

time a whole quart of my mouth was done, that was definitely too much (9

fillings in one day) and I got very sick after that for months and

months.

Start with just one, to see how your body reacts. After every filling

that was removed something cleared up, like allergies and muscle trouble

and the lightsensitivity and the brain fog.

Most of the brain fog cleared up with a chlorophyll preparation from

Biotics,

I used l-selenomethionine, magnesiumcitrate, zincpicolinate, vitamin C

in different forms (fat soluble amongst other things, palmitate) and

lots of other things, I’d have to think longer to recall it all.

O yeh, I used a soft vitamin C, calcium and magnesiumascorbate, for I

couldn’t stand the acid form back than (ascorbin acid). I used that a

lot, and I took it right after the removal.

Do try to find some sites or a naturopath preferably that can help you.

I had homeopathic drops, and lots of other things that were determined

by an electroacupuncturist that was very experienced in the field. I

suffered from sentivity of articaïne and other shots the dentist gives

you (I can’t find the English words for it right now, I’m sorry).

It cleared up after taking these drops. There was a definite Herxheimer

reaction, I felt as sick as when I got a shot before, I reduced the

drops, then increased them again and I was really better after that.

Like I’ve said, I’ve done a lot of things. I believe it all comes into

your life at some stage, and you go looking for it when you’re ready for

it. I knew for over ten years I had to do something about my candida,

but I had so much more troubles, I had to leave it until I was ready.

Now I’m ready. Before I couldn’t have done it, my stomach was much too

sensitive to olive oil, garlic and so on.

I forgot to mention that to Emma. I could absolutely not tolerate

garlic. It was too bad for I love it and use it a lot, cooked and raw.

If you need more answers, don’t hesitate, Robin.

Thanks for the information - I appreciate it. I have a dentist who is

experienced in this but I couldn't take his supplements because they are based

in alchohol. So...I did a lot of research and have devised my own program.

Nevertheless, I'm still nervous about how my body will react.

One more question. You mentioned that you were sick for months after the

removal. How drastic was that - could you work?
