I've changed some things since I've been healed, i.e. I have small amounts of sour dough bread and eat presoaked nuts. Remember that when I cured my candida I was on welfare so I could only afford to eat conventional foods from the supermarket. But that was 20 years ago and the fresh produce was not genetically modified nor irradiated like it is today. Now I buy all organic or certified organic meats and produce from the health food store or farmer's market. I do drink coffee too, but was totally off all caffeinated drinks for about 8 years. I didn't even own a coffee pot. ==>Also, over the last 3 years I've learned so much about good fats (as contained in my article) that I didn't know about when I cured my candida, so I've been consuming much more good saturated fats, i.e. coconut oil, butter, lard, etc. ==>I can have the occasional sugar foods, fruit and wine without getting sick from them, but I avoid them and don't stock them at home. Mainly I eat a high meat and high saturated fats diet with very little veggies. I've been under tremendous stress the last 3 years because of job problems, and have added some things to help my body deal with it, i.e. acidophilus, oil of oregano, clove oil, and I have my raw egg drink with 4 eggs, 3 tbl coconut oil and 3 tbl butter every morning for breakfast. I still take supplements too, but I do not have a thyroid so my body has problems handling calcium. The best in health, Bee
