Guest guest
Hi. I've been reading stuff online for a couple of years I guess, about Candida overgrowth and its affect on the human body and brain, but never really did anything about it. Well, now and then for a few hours or maybe a whole day or two I would manage to stick to something resembling the Candida eating guidelines. But then would go right back to yoyoing on sugar and grains and junk food. Binge eating is a big problem. Lack of exercise also big problem. Last week I got a copy of " The Yeast Connection Handbook " by Dr. G. Crook. I would like to really start taking this whole thing seriously and try to get healthy. I'm also interested in the paleolithic / Neanderthin diet guidelines which are so similar to Candida dietary guidelines. So anyway, I decided to look around and found this one. Read one of the files here ( " How To Successfully Overcome Candida " ) and happy to see that the author of the file agrees with me! LOL I mean especially as far as soy and canola are concerned. I've read so much about the dangers of these two things for a couple of years especially in the paleolithic diet research sites and the Weston A. Price website. At any rate, looking forward to meeting everyone here and I really need HELP (wahhhhhhh!!!!) in changing from a rapidly deteriorating sluggish, yoyoing, undisciplined, unhealthy, overemotional MESS into ... well, the opposite i guess! Thanks for listening.
