Very good suggestions. Could you explain or refer an URL explaining skin

brushing?

And the thymus gland is in the neck, right?

- another reward I give myself once in a while, good for body and soul (and

the back): a good professionnal massage--I found some for 30 bucks/half hour

here.

I am thinking also of starting acupuncture.

Try to find a copy of a little book called " English As She Is Spoke "

in your local library. It's the funniest thing I've ever read - I was

rolling on the floor laughing.

A couple Portuguese scholars in the 1800's tried to write a translation of

common Portuguese phrases into English for Portuguese people who wanted

to visit English countries. They thoroughly butchered the English in

the translations. Mark Twain loved the book so much he arranged to have it

printed in the USA.

If you do find a copy, don't hurt yourself too much laughing. :-)
