Guest guest Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 you bet! i have been making kimchi lately with regular green cabbage, buzzed in the blender like you do for rejuvelac or my sauerkraut relish recipe (both in the recipes files). i just put the cabbage, along with chopped garlic & chopped ginger in the blender and buzz it with water. then i put it in my fermenting vessel, add chopped radishes and finely diced onions or chopped scallions. add sea salt, mix it up and let it ferment. it is so good! ~ suz > regular cabbage, as well? > (I have half a head of it at home). > Thanks! > KM > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
