Hi,

I never thought of this until Bee mentioned it and it

is a good idea. Next time I get a chance I will get

an electric food warmer of some kind for my desk.

Dear Jeanne,

All nuking is not okay for anyone, even healthy people. Sticking to

the diet is good but when you nuke the food it is toxic to the body,

and is devoid of enzymes and nutrients, causing your body's cells to

become deformed.
