Guest guest
Hi, I am not familiar with the grill, but coconut oil can stand fairly high heat without it being damaged or being damaging to you. No other oils can stand the heat that coconut oil can, except palm. You could also cook your meat patties with slabs of beef fat (I get mine free at my local organic meat market). However, cooking at lower temperatures is more healthy. But good meats only need to be seared and they are still quite tasty, i.e. beef steaks or lamb chops.
