I mean, is it contain carb that feed the candida? or is it just safe? Do a coffee enema first, and then alternate with cabbage rejuvelac (probiotic) and garlic tea or some other antifungal - see the Enema Folder for more complete instructions, and for the types of probiotics and antifungals you can use.
