Bee, how about the edible gums in the liquid form of

my cod liver oil?

I mean, is it contain carb that feed the candida? or

is it just safe?

And also what kind of probiotic enema best to use? is

it ok using cabbage rejuvelac enema? or kefir enema?

a problem.

==>Do not use kefir, which most candida sufferers cannot tolerate

anyway. Do a coffee enema first, and then alternate with cabbage

rejuvelac (probiotic) and garlic tea or some other antifungal - see

the Enema Folder for more complete instructions, and for the types of

probiotics and antifungals you can use.
