for me too. Some I already do (thymus thomping, cold showers, dry

brushing, relaxation) and my body really likes it. I'll work on

integrating the rest.

==>I love organic bison meat much better than beef, so I hardly have

any beef now. And I love liver a lot. I've also been able to get

moose and venison lately, and even got some hearts and liver from

them. Yippee!

(2) It is interesting that > the Nova Scotia Environmental Health

Clinic emphasizes relaxation > technique as a very important part of

their treatment protocol. I heard from a friend who researched their

protocols that the clinic prescribes for patients to do a relaxation

technique every time they come back home from going anywhere, to

minimize the stress constantly bombarding us (pollution, noise, etc.,

etc.)

==>Relaxing techniques are very helpful. One of the easiest is to

lay on the floor with your feet and calves flat on a chair for 15

minutes or more a day. It helps pool the blood into the abdomen to

aid healing. Just taking a nice leisurely walk is also helpful.

While you are walking look around a lot and observe your

surroundings. It helps extrovert you and can be quite refreshing.

The best to you my friend,

Bee
