==>I'm not on a strict yeast diet, but my diet is high in meats, eggs

and good fats, and low in carbs with the ratios according to The

Optimal Diet. I rarely have any sugar of any kind. The only fruits I

eat are 1/2 banana per day in my egg drink, lemon, and occasionally

grapefruit. I have sour dough bread occasionally but keep it in the

freezer because I eat so little of it. I never have cereal, and may

eat beans (properly soaked) a couple of times a year. The only

processed foods I have are unpasteurized sauerkraut, some organic soups

that don't contain bad oils, mustard, and organic ketchup.

==>When I cured my candida in the mid 1980s I was on a very strict diet

for 2 1/2 years, but it wasn't the one I recommend to you all because I

didn't know about it then. I was on Dr. Crook's caveman's diet which

included a lot of wrong foods which I had trouble with and had to

adjust, and it was totally incorrect on fats, although I always had

butter. But I had very little fruits, sugars and grains for another 4

years. I didn't know about soaking grains, nuts, beans, legumes, etc.

then either, so you are much better informed than I was.
