Great! Now where can I get Kefir starter? I buy my Coconut Oil from Wilderness

Family Naturals, they are located in Northern Minnesota.

Hi Jeanne, the same site I found the coconut kefir info had Kefir for sale.

It's like sourdough in that once you start it you just keep using small

amounts from each batch as you go along to start the next.

I also noticed they had a couple kinds of coconut oil I'd not seen before --

one was centrifuged and the traditional Philippine fermentation process. I

know nothing about either but thought it was an interesting " FYI " .

In the sources section of NT it says to buy the kefir grains at G.E.M.

Cultures 707-964-2922. Watch the weather and try to order when it's

not too hot.
