Happy New Year o/t

I am taking the bull by the horn and taking my health back.Thank god

the holidays are over and ready to get back on the saddle. Sugar is

just as bad for me as wheat. I feel stronger today.Thank god their is

this group and diet to help.All the sugar is out of the house and am

anxious to get how happy I was before all this came. I know this works

and I am positive that I can get it back again,my happy feeling. The

problem will be hard to fight off the cravings. I did it before and I

can do it again.
