[ ] My Dad is in hospital & another family crisis

Dear Friends,

My Dad is 86 years old and he ended up in the hospital a week ago not

being able to breath. Yesterday they found he has a large tumour in

his lung and they are sending a biopsy to be tested - we will find out

whether it is cancer or not by Wednesday. I may be going to Wisconsin

to be with my parents - my mother is 84 years old. She is staying in

the hospital with him since their home is more than an hour away and

she cannot make that trip every day.

Also, my sister's husband is in a coma, and not expected to make it.

He's been through a tough time with lung cancer, a heart attack with

surgery a week ago, and he had a stroke on the weekend that destroyed

50% of his brain. They took him off life support, but he's still with

us. My sister, who is a nurse, flew to Little Rock, AR yesterday to be

with them.

Please do pray for us. I will let the moderators know if I have to be

away from you all.
