Guest guest
Dear Garrett, I do want to clarify one thing. Even though each step is taken in the candida program one at a time you do not stop one step and go to the next one. They are not done separately. At the last step - probiotics, you'd have: 1) eliminated sugars and grains; 2) have the diet down pat and be comfortable with it; 3)you'd have the proper supplements to boost your immune system; 4) you'd be taking the anti- fungals and then you start the probiotics. At this point in time you are doing all of them at the same time. At a point in time when you have implanted about 4 lbs. of good probiotics and have no symptoms and your weight has normalize and your bodily functions are normal you may have cured the candida. I hope that helps. Bee > > > > I read a book called Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan S. Rubin > who > > is > > > > also author of new book called Maker's Diet. Guest guest
Thank you, BEE! Today, when I was in bathroom and I looked myself at mirror. Somehow, I remembered to check my tongue. It is still little dotty white at back of my tongue. Hmm, I will continue taking anti fungal agents for maybe four to five days to see the result. Bee and anyone, do you think it is bad idea if I take large doses of anti- fungal agents? Will it affect my bowel flora? You know sometimes doing more can more harm than good. I dont want to have this happened to me. > > > > > I read a book called Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan S. Rubin > > who > > > is > > > > > also author of new book called Maker's Diet. Guest guest
Dear Garrett, Ya, a good policy is " more is not better. " Save your money and take the maximum recommended dose. You'd be better off increasing probiotics rather than anti-fungals, that is if you are going to increase anything. At this stage it appears you need to work more towards planting good healthy flora fauna more than taking anti- fungals. The best, Bee > > > > > > I read a book called Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan S. > Rubin > > > who > > > > is > > > > > > also author of new book called Maker's Diet. Guest guest
Yeah, I agree. Dang I just wasted my money on anti-fungal suppelements. Oh well, it sometimes happens. I plan to take Fungal Defense to use up because it also gets HSO (friendly bacteria) in it. > > > > > > > I read a book called Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan S. > > Rubin > > > > who > > > > > is > > > > > > > also author of new book called Maker's Diet.
