> Hi everyone, I have been off the web for about four months. Very

ill. IF you remember I have cystic fibrosis and candida everywhere.

I just got over two bacterimias where I nearly died from it and other

blood organisms. I have the yeast in my nails again, I had that all

cleared up and it is all over my mouth. I have to be on such high

doses of antibiotics for my infections.

==>Hi Debbie. Welcome back! You do know that natural substances are

much more powerful for fighting infections than any medical

antibiotics, i.e. garlic, oil of oregano, cloves, vitamin C, etc.?

> Pancreatitis also with insulin resistance. Need I say more. Well,

do you really find that the sugar free wheat free diet is helpful. I

don't eat any grain, only pureed whole foods, no preservatives but I

eat a lot of sugar candies. I can not eat the sugar free. I am

willing to try anything at this point. Can you help me here? I feel

like this stuff is everywhere. thank you for listening. Oh by the

way do you all have insomnia, achy joints too. Just thought I should

ask. How do I get started giving this sugar up? It is really hard,

but I must do it. Cold turkey?

==>I just revised my article " Withdrawal Symptoms, Cravings, Etc. " -

it's posted as a regular file and also in the Candida Diet Folder. It

contains the steps you can take to minimize your cravings and

addiction to sugar. Do get any sugars out of your house so they do

not tempt you. I wish you the very best. Keep in touch eh?

Hugs, Bee
