Guest guest
New Orleans is a city I would love to visit. So how long have you been dealing with candida and how are you treating it? Elio > I am from New Orleans, LA, USA.
Guest guest
Hi Garrett, My family and I lived in Lake , LA when I was in grade 4 for a year and I went to summer camp only 10 miles from New Orleans. What fascinating country! In fact my present boss is from New Orleans. He and his wife have been in Calgary, Alberta about 5 years, but in Canada probably 10 years. His mother is still there. I wish you the very best. Bee > I am from New Orleans, LA, USA.
Guest guest
How long have I been dealing with candida? Well, actually I dont have severe candida. I have never known that I had till I took salvia test. It came out positive that I had. I am doing this as part of my five step program to get rid of acne. 1. To take EFAs to normalize the hormone production. 2. Optimize Diet and Digestion. (This diet is like 80% vegetables and the rest of concenrated foods. And I could not eat chicken that is more than half of my fist. So, that is why I decide to switch to higher protein diet to see how I feel. I like to experiment to see what is best for me.) 3. Cleanse and Regenerate bowel. 4. Alkalize and Kill Candida. 5. Cleanse and Regenerate Liver. So, I am on step 1, 2, and 3. Next week, I will start to step four to take herbs such as olive leaf to kill candida. About bowel transit time, in this e book, I am supposed to have a large bowel movement in the morning, and every 20 to 40 minutes after meal. I only have one large bowel movement in the morning. I am taking glutamine, seacure, and aloe vera to regenerate my bowel lining. I am also taking primal defense, cultured vegetable, and kefir to feed intestinal flora. I know I could really complete regenrating my bowel lining until I kill Candida enough. Any opinion on this? Actually, the primary goal of this program is to purify the blood and lymph fluid and to bring the hormones back in balance.
Guest guest
Bee, wow, you used to live in Louisiana too. Lake is west of New Orleans. Dont you miss warm weather here, eh? I know during summer, pretty humid.
Guest guest
Also, I want to add about my candida history. I have been taking antibiotics for five years in row for acne. I believe this and my pood diet are the blame to cause this candida trouble.
Guest guest
Dear Garrett, Sounds like you have things under control and have had good success. Whatever works eh? I think knowing yourself is very important. Have you considered rebounding exercises and/or skin brushing for your lymph? You said you eat concentrated foods. What would they be? Are you aware of the dangers of soy? About bowel movements, I've read/heard that what you say is optimum but most people I know, and myself, are like you. One big one in the morning and that's it for the whole day. I am healthy as the others are so I don't know about " trying to " have more after meals, etc. Don't the vegan groups promote high fibre and fast transit time for food going through the bowels and thus more BMs? I don't go along with that thinking because of what I've learned about good fats and how most fibre that is promoted, especially grains are damaging to the digestive system unless properly soaked or sprouted. My high protein, high saturated fat, low carb diet creates plenty of bulky sinkers, thank you. Your experience can contribute a lot to this group. Thanks again for being here. Guest guest
Thank you, Bee for making me feel welcomed. Yeah I just started to workout anaerobically last week and I will continue doing this. I am currently on Men's Health's Book of Muscle's program for beginner. I really enjoy doing this. This progarm is reasonable and clever to me. Anyway, about the concentrated foods, actually anthing other than vegetable, fruit, and sprout is considered concentrated food such as animal product, fats, and grain. I havent done skin brushing lately. I dont know if this is for real. Yeah I think I should continue doing this. Maybe weekly.
