Guest guest
Bee, I am going to ask my doctor to put me on powdered Nystatin ASAP. I have an appointment this Wednesday. I have heard that powdered nystatin is the best antifungal for intestinal yeast infections. [ ] what anti-fungals are you using & how's it going? Dear Group, I'm curious as to what anti-fungals you all are using, and maybe you are rotating more than one, and how it has been working for you.? And is anyone on Nystatin? TIA, Bee ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Guest guest
The only one I can tolerate at the moment is coconut oil. Guest guest
Dear Sherry, Coconut oil is a good choice. I take coconut oil now, for it's great saturated fats. I cook with it too. Do you? I take 2 tablespoons with meals. Sure does hydrate the cells and makes your skin great. I also use it on my skin. I don't know if others knew this, but coconut oil (properly processed of course) will not go rancid at room temperature for about 2 years. Whereas even extra virgin olive oil can even go rancid in the fridge. And flaxseed is very unstable and goes rancid very easily, but fish oils contain higher quality essential fatty acids. Just some tidbits. How are you doing with diet Sherry? The best to you my friend, Bee Dear Group, > > I'm curious as to what anti-fungals you all are using, and maybe you > are rotating more than one, and how it has been working for you.? > > And is anyone on Nystatin? > > TIA, > Bee > > > > --------------------------------- >
Guest guest
Bee. I use coconut oil for everything. I cook with it, coat pans with it before baking, I even use it on veggies instead of butter. Although I do you butter. I have dedicated myself to incorporate as much as possible. I have even been known to drizzle it on a cut up apple. The nice thing for me is I love the flavor. If I were told to take it out of my diet I would have a really hard time. I love the stability of it. I am doing really well on my diet. I had some pretty bad die off symptoms yesterday. Extreme fatigue, intestinal bloating and then looser bowel. For me looser bowel is extremely different as I am usually constipated. I have moments through out the day where I feel totally energized and better than I have in years and then boom, I feel tired. Thanks for all your wonderful support Bee.
