I was well ... it took one month!!

I am no longer on restrictive diet

... I still avoid processed foods of course

making you repeat it! But what exactly do you eat now?

I eat normally avoiding anything in a can a bag or a box of course

I'm eating fruit again I am very happy about that :)

And I take it that this means you also eat yeasted bread, and can drink

coffee? There is organic coffee available, so I guess that would be ok?

Dairy products?

And do you still take the CS, MSM and O of O as maintenance/preventative

measure?

Alison~

My diet is primarely raw foods

... we have electric generators in our bodies (sodium/potassium pumps)

and ATP turns it on. Veggies, fruits and sprouts all have glucose which

in turn makes the ATP
