Sounds like a great book... and very timely what with Bush's

ancestors (Prestley Bush) being known to support the Nazis.

Glitter,

Oh, I know you still have difficulties and my heart sure goes out to you and

all that have been through it. It seems that what ever your doing to get

better is working though. We all know it takes time and hopefully one of these

days

you will be 100% better, but for now you have something that most don't. You

maintain the ability to tell the world in a brilliant light. Keep up the good

work.

Hi Glitter,

Not Duncan but I think I have seen you post on the Mercury Autism

board and if you are mercury toxic you need to remember supplemental

glutathione will move and redistribute mercury causing side effects

[headaches for one] and is not reccomended. Supplementation will

also not increase cellular glutathione levels, glutathione precursors

will. If If you have doubts ask Andy Cutler or search the Andy index

files, it is also in his manual. Glutathione precursors should help

during chelation rounds.

If I have the wrong person disregard this message.

TK

yeah its me..same glitter. I guess the glutathione is moving the mercury around

and thats why i'm getting the headaches. Unless its detoxing my liver? I dont

know. I'm stopping it today and seeing my dentist. I think milk thistle is a

better option for the liver? How does one raise glutathione levels? selenium?

With mercury toxicity is it better NOT to raise these levels? or just not to

take glutathione?

Glitter,

Not attending to glutathione levels is like reducing your oxygen

levels to prevent oxidation. Both are essential to life. When your

glutathione levels go down, you get sick. It is an essential

enzyme...

Glutathione precursors are found in cold-processed whey and

selenium. Milk thistle is pretty weak compared to cold-processed

whey. You'd need many grams per day.

Don't bother taking glutathione itself - it's a waste of money.

Hi Glitter,

Milk thistle is fine. Supplemental Glutathione in mercury toxic

individuals is contraindicated, it will make you worse. I would not

play with glutathione including precursors at this point until you

are more familiar with mercury toxicity, chelation and correct

chelation protocols. Gultathione will redistribute mercury and

unless you are chelating with either DMSA,DMPS or ALA you are more

likely to have more symptoms depending on your mercury load and

sensitivity as they are the only efficient chelators for mercury

toxic people.

Gluthione precursors [may] help [during] chelation rounds [not

before and after] but you should ask Andy about this. For normal

people this is not a problem but if you have enough mercury it screws

these metabolic processes up.

Make sure you see a mercury free dentist who uses the proper

protocols. I strongly urge you to do some more research before

proceeding with anything.
