Unfortunately, this is not my problem. <sigh> We all react so differently, sometimes subtle differences, sometimes major. Try eating multiple small meals, like 5 or 6 a day. Eat nuts and seeds that are allowed, for you that may be almonds and pumpkins seeds and flaxseed. One of the veterans of this group, semi retired from the list<g>, is . Search for her and spirulina. She was a big proponent of eating that in capsules all day long. Also slippery elm powder mixed with juices to make a " pudding. " is lean and athletic, or was, and had to eat many times a day. I would concentrate on the higher caloric things and use olive oil and allowable nuts liberally.
