What is inulin, and stevin. I am just about to start the threelac program

and am very confused. But I keep hearing about inulin, and stevin. I

believe

stevin is a sweetener but I can,t seem to find it.

Hi Jillian?

I was a very depressed person a year or so ago but I hung in there and

have

been recently been visiting this website. You have to look at how lucky

you

are

that you found out now what this is and can start a better life from here

on

out. This is frustrating but it's also not the end of your life. Read the

Yeast Connection, and go to your local health food store and see if they

have

Prescription for Nutrional Healing. This book was helpful and has lots of

info for

every disease known. I have taken antifungals from

www.modernherbalsit.com

their candida clearance program it tells you whatr you can eat and you

need

to

do it for 12-14 wks. No sugar, I do eat dairy, but only organic(so no

hormones

or antibiotics_), no fruit except lemon or occasion grapefruit. I eat

Ezekeil

bread, it's sprouted live grain bread with almond butter, I also eat

cashew

butter. No peanut butter, eat organic eggs, meat veggies, small amounts

of

brown

rice and rice cakes, use stevia or cheat once and while and use sweet and

low...it's made my life very normal again after that program and I do eat

sugar

again,and...Chocolate!!! I take inulin and cocunut oil daily and am

eating a

combination of normally and cautiously.....I feel great and have no pain

anywhere...so maybe I'm not " cured " but I'm definely doing well. Hope

this

helps!!

I did some reading on cellfood today. I found this statement on their website:

" Free radicals (which many biochemists now believe are a primary cause of the

aging process and degenerative disease) are positively charged ions of single

oxygen, O+. Nascent oxygen is negatively charged O-

The opposite charge of these ions cause them to attract each other, forming

single pure Oxygen O2. Nascent oxygen " seeks out " and neutralised dangerous free

radicals, combining to form pure oxygen in the process! "

Is this true ? All free radicals are positively charged ions of single oxygen

?

This sounds very similiear if not the same as hydroxygen plus.

How many drops are you taking ? Looks like a good product.

I found it at Elliot's heath foods..Check it out on a search and read about

it if you want. It has an interesting story behind it....

I don't understand it all or any of it to be honest...Did you read the part

about the scientist that discovered how to split water,,,splitting the

oxygen molecule from the hydrogen molecules??? Now that i can understand...

Anyways i figured i'd try it out....One ounce goes a long way, something

like 22 quarts..

Hope it does you good if you decide to try it...

Hi and

I find the topic about negative and positive ions very familiar. I had

since 3 months back, start to became interested in negative ions. In my

hometown, there is this newly launch product consists of 3 " NATURAL "

technology, negative ions, Far Infrared, and Kiko " Qi Gong " in chinese which

is popular in china and asian country. Kiko technology is required to

combine negative ions and Far infrared technology.

I had attached some information on Negative ions and Far Infrared

technology.

Some of my friends in my hometown who had benefits from this technology

include the following.

1. A whole family with insomnia are now able to sleep well, and many others

with insomnia problem so I can say that this things works for sleeping

disorder.

2. It help some of my friend to slim down.

3. It improve the skin complexion.

4. This is the best one: My friend mother, 80+ years old, after using it

for 3months, she can walk up an overhead-bridge.

As these product is quite new, will keep you all inform about how had it

help other people.

Regards
