Guest guest
Good morning alll I am trying to decide if I have a cold or am experiencing die-off. If it is a cold I am not amused. I eat right, exercies and take enough suppliments to sustain a small country, yet I am sniffly and feverish. I freaked myself out last night. I was up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (unfortunately when you drink over 3 liters of water a day I pee 24 hours a day) and caught a glimpse of my face in the mirror. There was blood on my cheek. I had to run down the hall to my room and put on my glasses. It seems that one of my blister-like things on my face started to bleed. It was only a tiny spot once I cleaned myself up. Hopefully this is a one time thing, cause this is too much. Tonight when I get home I am going to put some aleo vera on my face. I somehow managed to leave the apartment without doig it this morning. I was shocked the other day when I was visiting my local health food store. My normal guy wasn`t in so I was chatting with the cashier, and he said `well the good thing about natural stuff is that there are no reactions and you can mix them all together` I just about fell over. Sometimes mixing natural herbs can be equally as dangerous as perscription meds. I often wonder if I am taking too many things and my body is just getting confused. I would love to hear exactly what everyone else is taking and in what order. here is my regime morning - multi vitamin, b complex, vit e, grapefruit seed extract, and aleo vera juice, and garlic lunchish - olive leaf and vitabiotics(I think it is called) and garlic dinner bed time - grapefruit seed extract, aleo vera juice garlic plus digestive aids at meals like kelp and bromaline so there you have it folks - hopefully this is my yeast eradicating vitamin schedule. I was on yeast busters (carpilic oil, psyllium, and bennotine) for a month and then switched treatment, in my homeopaths words - to trick those yeast suckers. Other than this little cold thing I have been feeling great lately. The only thing new is the garlic which I started on Saturday. I am sorry this is so long. Boy I am chatty today. I hope that everyone has a great day

I was taking the following: Candex Acidophilus Capryllic Acid/Grapefruit Seed Extract/Oil of Oregano (rotating all three) FOS Today I saw a new D.O. who supposedly specializes in yeast (she is listed as a resource in The Yeast Syndrome) Now I will be taking Magnesium Lactate Gastrex Olivir (Olive Leaf Extract) Flora Fit Fung-E Clenz Black Currant (homeopathis) also, I will be mixing two supplement powders One-Step (body cleanse, anti-oxidant, anti-aging, immune support, intestinal health) Green Harvest These set me back $270. SOme of them can only be purchased through health-care probviders, but I found a couple of them on the net for only a few $$ less than what I paid. Let me know if you want more info. I will keep you all posted on my progress. It is a bit of a relief to be able to turn to a professional after trying to treat this myself.
