threelac in the uk and die off

I got mine from a chap who has started importing it, as it was cheaper than

getting from Global Health with shipping, vat etc his email is

I've just started week 3 today and hit die off over the weekend it's been

agony as I had been feeling very well on it before hand, even lost about 1

stone in weight with the reduction of bloating etc, so had started doing

stuff again but probably over did it and couldn't move with mega joint

pain. Feeling a little better today but have learned a valuable lesson to

take it easy
