Hi - I would like to know how much SAM-e you were on and for what period

of time and also what BRAND of SAM-e Dr. Hedaya recommended.

Can you send me info (title) on the book you mention please?

SAM-e had been the most effective substances yet in my effort to deal

with living(?) with CFS/FMS. I just ordered another case yesterday. Been on

it since Oct 1999. Three brands..... significantly different effects for me.

I am already paying (too much) for internet service via DSL, and don't most

others pay for internet service, the amount varying depending on the

provider? I know bluelight.com offers limited free service, as do a couple

others...so how is congress planning on charging for something that is

already fee based?

This is the only info I could find on congress, is this what you're talking

about?

And just for the record, I never forward anything that advises to " forward

to as many people as you know "

Welcome Bethanne and , this is a great group and

it helps just to have someone to blow off steam with

that understands. I was dx'd 11/99 with AIH. I started

on 40 mg of Prednisone and was on it for about 6-8

months, gaining about 30 lbs. I've been on Imuran since

11/99 and possibly for life. The Prednisone does have

some nasty side effects, but it saves lives. I noticed

an improvement within 2 wks after dx'd. The only side

effect I have with the Imuran is hair loss. I'm still

working on losing the weight I gained, but it's been

slow. If you have more questions someone will always

answer. Take care, in Louisiana AIH 99'

, can you email me privately? Thanks, Connie

Connie,

Caffiene will wipe out the acidophilus in your gut,

thus defeating the purpose of this diet and the

balance you're trying to achieve.

I drink Teeccino which tastes just like coffee, is

caffeine-free an contains inulin which feeds the

acidophilus. :) I drink a number of cups a day of this

and it's helped me to be a little less strict with my

diet (I still avoid carbs except for small amts. rice,

but sometimes I cheat with sugar alcohols (maltitol,

etc.) in 'sugar-free' products which really aren't

good for you as I believe sugar alcohols still feed

the yeast somewhat. Your milage may vary.

Kurenko,

I tried teecino today , the Java kind but i got a headache and a neck ache

after I drank it this am. So later I tried some again becauise it was

delicious( and am sick of my usual green tea decaf) but again same symptoms?

What do

you think? Maybe I'm allergic? Kim

It's called CPNF Neurofeedback Cerebral Palsy and other brain

disorders. But I just realize that the group is very small.
