Guest guest
I have this, too. Only on my right hand for some reason. I've been applying tea tree oil. I have also used apple cider vinegar, which I read in a health book as a good treatment. But now that I am not supposed to *eat* vinegar, I figure I'd better not even apply it anymore, so I switched to tea tree oil. My ridges go from side to side. They are more like indentations. Slowly--verrry slowly--normals nails are growing back in. __________________________________________________

I'm sure that they will disappear with this program Cheers, Ivanda > > > > Before I started anti-candida diet I had developed horizontal and > vertical ridges in my nails, the horizontal ones have gone away but > the vertical ones are still there.
