Guest guest
you can also get cellulase in lots of enzyme combinations - I buy NESS enzymes and they have many different combinations -some of which are high in cellulase. I take it 3x a day - plus I take probiotics as many times too. I use the candida purge which is psyllium husk/seeds/caprol (rotating with GSE and Olive Leaf extract every 3 months) and liquid bentonite. Between the enzymes/probiotics and this purge for my colon where the candida breeding grounds are - i'm " just moving ON! " I'm so thankful i'm getting better - i've been dreadfully sick for 10 years - and this a.m. I PLAYED TENNIS AGAIN WITH MY 'TENNIS WHIZ' daughter who is 13. wendy Re: I'm new w/a question The next post mentions lemon. If you drink 1/2 fresh lemon squeezd into a cup of lukewarm water first thing in the morning it will help detoxify your liver and kidneys. When I started the road to getting rid of the Candida I used Candex, which is composed of cellulase and probiotics. The cellulase digests the yeast wall and doesn't cause the die-off that other anti-fungals do. The first thing I noticed were my cravings were gone in just a few days. It sort of gave me a jump start on the process and as long as I don't stray off the diet very much I am felling better. > Hi everyone, > I've been reading on the loop for a few days and I had a question I was > hoping you could help me with. Guest guest
Hmmm... I always only drink filtered water with fresh lemon in it. However, I don't drink a half lemon's worth of juice a day. I will try that. Is Candex herbal? I'm on an herbal regimen right now where I take about 40 pills a day. They helped a lot when I was on the diet, but like I said...it's been rough. But I seem to do well with herbal, while any actual medications either don't work at all for me, or work in a way that no one has ever heard about before. I will ask my herbalist what she thinks. It's gotten to the point now where if I go a few hours w/o eating sugar or breads, I get extremely ill. Scary stuff. Thank you for the info. The next post mentions lemon. Guest guest
Candex is the enzyme cellulase and probiotics. If you can only go that long without eating sugar and breads, you must really have it bad. ASk your herbalist what she thinks about the CAndex. Good luck.- -- In candidiasis@y..., " Poag " <kamepo@h...> wrote: > Hmmm... > I always only drink filtered water with fresh lemon in it. However, I don't > drink a half lemon's worth of juice a day. Guest guest
Candex has 225,000 CU of cellulase per day plus some probiotics.--- I'm not familiar with other similar products, but the Candex has really helped me. Guest guest
It is just a 6 day treatment. Some of the health food stores carry it. It is from Pure Essence Labs, but they don't have a web site. My local healthfood store didn't carry it, so a place called Health Naturally shipped it to me. They will ship it to you or they say you can have your local healthfood store call them and they will give them the number for the lab so they can order it for their store. Guest guest
I don't know if someone has replied to your post already, but it sounds to me that your blood sugars go into total recall when you quit the sugar and grains? I had this problem when I started the diet. It felt like my blood pressure, but was by blood sugars. Get some chromate/chromium and start on that. Eat protein every 2 hours, some nuts, with a carrot maybe, or corn chips (if you tolerate corn) with hummus. Get tested for what you are allergic/intolerant to in the way of grains/milk/soy etc. This really helped me, who persisted in eating bread until I found out that wheat and gluten were a problem. That spaced out /brain fog feeling along with the headaches has since disappeared. Keep up the food intake every two hours as this is a must! It stops those blood sugars from dropping. I found oats did this to me in a big way. I would have a big bowl of porridge for breakfast and 2 hours later, WHAM... I almost was so weak I could hardly stand up. This has been rectified having a rice cereal instead. Drink lots of water, not with food if you can help it. Try this and let me know how you get on Regards I'm new w/a question > Hi everyone, > I've been reading on the loop for a few days and I had a question I was > hoping you could help me with.
