I know a lot of ppl don't like fish or seafood. just do what works for you. As for the protocol, I have some very good recipes that I would be happy to share with you, if you would like to email me privately, and without all caps, since I do find it hard to read a whole email in them. BREAKFAST: Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or other sweeteners may be used.
