Does anyone know if zinc and iodine are helpful or if

there is any reason that I should not take them?

Hi

With Iodine, just paint it on your tummy or upper legs.... if it is absorbed

with twelve-24 hours ( it has vanished) you are deficient and your thyroid

is not working properly. This will help your thyroid too. Just paint a

little on about a 6cm by 6cm area and see what happens. The first time I

did it, it had vanished within 2 hours! Zinc - deficiency I am told shows

up as white flecks in the finger nails. I was also told this is a calcium

dief. Not sure who is right. Anyone know? You should be able to get

iodine from a chemist, by the way.
