I'm also glad to hear that a lot on the list have taken Formula SF 722. It sounds exactly like what I need, I will phone for a consultation this week to make sure it's right for me. Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I tried it a few times. And I was doing everything right. Eating right, etc. But I had no miraculous cure like she did. I guess we just need to find what works for us individually. I'm still searching.. > I checked this out and wow, she seems totally healed. Guest guest
Hi and thanks for letting me know this. I made an appointment today with a doctor of oriental medicine that does allergy testing, accupuncture, homeopathy, etc. At least this way I won't be taking such a shot in the dark. I'm to bring all my supplements with me to test and see if I need them. I'm excited, although not too much so. > > > I checked this out and wow, she seems totally healed. Guest guest
Tripp's site has different food allowances than most candida diets that I have seen in books. (Course they are all confusing some say NO POTATOES some say RED POTATOES ARE OK one book I saw said fruits that are ok are: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, grapefruit, and granny smith apples some people on the site say NO FRUIT! tripp says COOKED CHESSE, MUSHROOMS, ETC., some books say NO CHEESE OR MUSHROOMS, the book that said the berry fruits were ok also said some particular mushrooms and pears were ok if they were the right kind, I don't remember which. IT IS SO CONFUSING!!!! DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE???DUNCAN???? thanks, brigett sealevelheaded <sealevelheaded@...> wrote: Hi and thanks for letting me know this. Guest guest
I didn't agree with her diet recommendations only because I have to stay away from so much to even get near where some of the people are on this loop in terms of healing. But the SF stuff sounded like it had promise. I didn't think she sold it, but referred the reader to her doc's website who sells it. I'm glad she's well. > > > > > I checked this out and wow, she seems totally healed. Guest guest
Diet restrictions are highly individual. There is NO set of good/bad that works for everyone. I would start with a brief detox program, (see amazon.com for various detox books, like " 7 day detox), then 2. Eat (and digest, use enzymes as nec) Paleo: Lean, organic meat and low carb leafy greens and non starchy veges ONLY for 2+weeks, then 3. Gradually introduce new suspect foods into your diet, and DOUCMENT your reactions in a DAILY FOOD DIARY. Those w/discipline to do this will help to discover what works for them. Consider PRE-biotic called Lactobacteria Food (holistic horizons.com) w/each meal and IBA III (same co) at bedtime. Guest guest
I have tried SF-722. It didn't work for me. But if you want to try it, you can buy it direct from the manufacturer -- Thorne Research -- http://www.thorne.com. Guest guest
Well, the fruit she mentioned are the lowest-glycemic on the list so are the least candida-feeding. You have to eat something and these represent the least problematic fruits. On the other hand, potatoes, both red and white contain fermentable starch. Simple starches and sugars are the most problematic foods one could choose to eat, including whole grains and brown rice. The lowest- glycemic I think is rye, and a couple of the lesser known ones are probably equivalent. Again, you have to eat something, and if you balance the starch intake with as much inulin-containing food as possible you are still skewing the diet in favour of reducing candida becasue of an increase in pH lowering bacteria in the bowel. Not adhering to a strict diet is probably the biggest reason why inulin by itself is such a valuable supplement; it allows one to cheat a bit. No-one is correct 100% of the time, but although cheese contains some lactose which does feed candida, I'm generally in favour of it particularly if it is UNcoocked, for it's live and correct lactic acid bacteria count, plus it's an excellent protein source. I hear candida can feed on mushroom starches though, but many fermewnted foods do not contain as much mold as people might think. Again, you can cheat a little by using a lot of inulin-containing foods. I think the bottom line is that EVERYONE should be on a diabetic's low- glycemic diet. It's as close to a great diet as we've come up with, except for the section on correct fats, which is usually wrong. I personally am in favour of decent proteins, which is a reason I have probably mentioned whey isolate, the most bioavailable on the planet. Whey isolate shouldn't contain any problematic lactose or fat, which is also a problem to some people. Guest guest
I have taken the SF722 it does work. I also had fungal rash in which I broke capsules open a put oil on rash. It got rid of rash. I used this in combination with other yeast killers on that site and rotated them, also took lactobacillus sprongenes which they recommend as probiotic.
