Guest guest
i use a three month period (of rotation) - using the psyllium husk/seed, liquid bentonite, and water mixture. wendy How often should I rotate antufingals? I'm really confused about this and I don't want to do it wrong and then have the candida become immune. I rotate garlic, pau d'arco, GSE and caprylic acid. I do them every day in rotation. Should I be doing these for a three-month period instead? --Deb __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Some people say rotate every four days. Some say every 3 months. In my humble opinion, eat garlic all the time (if this won't cramp your social life... chew mint leaves to help) I drink Pau D'arco every other day. GSE? Not sure what that is. Caprilic acid, be careful. It made me very sick. Can you get a bottle of Caprol instead? It kills candida on contact all the way down your throat and into your intestines. As my wise old chinese acupuncturist asks HOW DO YOU FEEL? HOW DO THESE THINGS MAKE YOU FEEL? Only you can tell what is right for you. Our bodies have an innate intelligence. Trust yours to give you the signals you need to make these choices. I am learning this as I go! Guest guest
I think its best to wait until the die off stops and then change antibacterial. It seems to take me about 3-4 weeks but that depends on the person. I was wondering though, when the yeast becomes immune to the antibacterial, how long does it take before you can use that antibacterial again? Pete. PS A piece of trivia: someone on the list said some time ago that olive leaf extract is the only antibacterial which the yeast doesn't become immune to. > > I'm really confused about this and I don't want to do > > it wrong and then have the candida become immune. > > > > I rotate garlic, pau d'arco, GSE and caprylic acid. Guest guest
I read somewhere that it also does not become immune to *dried* garlic. Of course, we're not supposed to really have dried herbs due to mold... > > > I'm really confused about this and I don't want to do > > > it wrong and then have the candida become immune. > > > > > > I rotate garlic, pau d'arco, GSE and caprylic acid.
