Guest guest
<snip :>I am having alot of difficulty enjoying the VCO. I tried it straight the first day and was nauseated all day. Could not even think about it day two. Today (three) put it on a salad....Also, by ND told me that balsamic vinegar is ok. What is your opinion?</unsnip> Vinegar makes things taste less greasy, and either that or lemon juice will propel it past the stomach into the duodenum very quickly, it is the function of enough acid in the stomach. You can reduce the coconut oil dose at first and then gradually increase it. Duncan Crow
Guest guest
, I make herb tea (sweeten with stevia) and put three tablespoons of liquified VCO into it. It tastes great that way. (although the very first time I tried it the texture wasn't what I would have hoped for. Now it doesn't phase me at all. The stevia really helps. Guest guest
> Bridgett Thanks for the suggestion. Have you ever used vegetable glycerine as a sweetener? I have stevia and have recently thought that a combination of the two comes closer to a " sugar " taste.
