Guest guest
The candida purge is basically 3 ingredients (we also use olive leaf tablets as an anti-fungal and take probiotics) more on the below purge can be found at: http://www.wholeapproach.com/ and also http://www.garynull.com/Documents/Arthritis/art_of_getting_well_candida.htm CAPROL: 1) The caprylic acid in the Caprol, being a liquid has a coating action on the intestinal wall which tablets and capsules cannot match. 2) Liquid Caprol, being dispersed in the Psyllium gel, releases its caprylic acid throughout the entire length of the intestinal tract at a predictable rate controlled by the gel. 3) Liquid Caprol, being dispersed in the Psyllium gel, has its caprylic acid forcibly rubbed into the intestinal wall (where candida live) by the bulking action of the gel. 4) Caprol also contains a generous amount of olive oil which has proven anti-candida activity. Note: Only LIQUID caprylic acid will work properly with this program. Powdered caprylic acid in tablets and capsules will not cooperate nearly as well with the Psyllium gel, even when crushed first. PSYLLIUM: 1) Psyllium forms the gel which gradually, gently scrapes away the Candida breeding ground (plaquing of fecal matter) from the intestinal wall. 2) Psyllium forms the gel which reduces toxic overload ( " die-off " reaction) by absorbing toxins released by dying candida. 3) Psyllium forms the gel which binds Caprol into a timed-release form. (Taking Caprol alone will result in very little anti-Candida activity since most of the caprylic acid will leave the intestinal tract very quickly). ***NOTE** Do not use ONLY psyllium husks and no seeds. Psyllium husks exert a laxative effect with very limited intestinal cleansing action. The seeds are very hard (very difficult to grind into a powder) and, consequently, provide good scraping action as they are pressed into the walls of the intestines by the psyllium gel (which is formed largely as a result of the psyllium husks). BENTONITE: 1) The adsorbent action of Bentonite of Bentonite helps eliminate the candida breeding ground by attracting and removing toxic material. 2) The adsorbent action of Bentonite reduces toxic overload ( " die-off " reaction) by removing toxins released by dying candida. ***NOTE*** Bentonite must be in a liquid form in order to exert the best effect. If in powder or tablet, your digestive system has to put it into liquid form. This is not likely to happen because Bentonite does not mix easily with water, and also, your digestive system does not have the equipment which is found in factories that do that sort of thing. So the Bentonite will largely stick to itself in clumps and will expose relatively little of its surface for attraction of toxic materials. THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE IT: 6oz water 2 teaspoons Caprol (liquid caprylic acid) 1 well-rounded teaspoon Psyllium powder (seeds and hulls) 1 Tablespoon liquid Bentonite Combine in a small cup with a lid and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Drink immediately. Take 1/2 hour before breakfast (on empty stomach). Also drink 6-8 glasses of pure water daily to keep the psyllium gel moving through the intestinal tract easily. Results in 3 to 8 weeks. Those who are more sick will need a longer time on this. 3 months -6 months.
