Guest guest
I have a question, and since everyone is sharing their colonic experiences, I thought it would be ok for me to ask this question. About two weeks ago I went to the bathroom and felt a long string of mucous coming out of my vagina. I looked down and it was white mucous, about 8 inches long. Anyways, after this discharge, I noticed a dramatic decrease in my appetite. Before this I was constantly ravenous and could never get filled up, and since that time have noticed that I am not constantly hungry nor eating huge amounts of food. I actually have leftovers!!! Anyways, does anyone have any idea of what the discharge was. Parasites or candida?? I've been taking an anti-candida/anti-parasitic formula. Any experiences you can relate would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
<snip> > During the past three months, my die off symptoms have come and gone. I first started with a sore throat, then with anxiety attacks, then night sweats, then moved onto aches and pains in my joints, then to cramping in my lower extremities, numbness in my uppper extremities then to pain and tightness in my right shoulder and neck. Presently, while most of the other symptoms have subsided with the exception of extreme right shoulder tightness, I am noticing a fairly heavy white vaginal discharge whenever I urinate which is neither clumpy nor smelly. I have no itching, no redness, etc. in the vaginal area just a white (milky consistency) vaginal discharge when I urinate only (I have no vaginal discharge other than when I urinate) which seems to be worse when I first wake in the morning and after I take the coconut oil and oil of oregeno. I don't recall ever suffering from any vagina issues in the past with the exception of one yeast infection years ago. Can this be a die off symptom? How long can I expect this to last? While my vaginal area appeared to be extremely dry before I started this diet, it now seems extremely moist so could this be a hormonal change? Is this part of my die off symptoms? +++Hi Nikki. Thank you for sharing your story my friend. I'm glad you found me and this group! +++Yes, all of the symptoms you describe above, including vaginal ones, are caused by toxins coming out, which is what die-off and healing symptoms ARE. +++How long will it last? That depends upon how long your body decides it needs to detoxify through those areas, like your vagina, and how efficient your body becomes at detoxifying itself. It is mainly the high " good " fats, along with fat soluble supplements (omega 3, vitamins A, D & E), that help your body detoxify itself. Of course all nutrients work together so fats require minerals, protein, etc. too. +++Good fats also reconstruct cell membranes which must be 50% saturated fat (from butter, lard, coconut oil, etc.) - lung cells require 100% saturated fat. They also help your body get rid of heavy metals. +++Of course toxins do cause dryness, and candida plus other toxins also cause all of the body's cell membranes to become rigid/stiff which interferes with organs and systems that produce hormones. It also means that hormones that are produced aren't as able to get into rigid/stiff cells where they are needed to do their job. The same is true for nutrients and even water getting into the cells. See this article to understand it better: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php > > Thank you for your time, Bee. Your program is truly bringing me much relief and sanity after feeling like I was going to die young if something didn't change sooner versus later. +++You are very welcome Nikki! You can't go wrong following Nature's Fundamental Laws on health to get healthy and maintain life-long health. Guest guest
> Just 6 weeks ago, I discovered your site and started following your diet plan Hi Nikki, Congratulations to finding Bee and welcome to our group. Bee is amazing and this group is too, the diet is totally phenomenal!!!! > I am noticing a fairly heavy white vaginal discharge whenever I urinate which is neither clumpy nor smelly. I have no itching, no redness, etc. in the vaginal area just a white (milky consistency) vaginal discharge when I urinate only I'm so glad that you write about this cause I went through the same thing a while back. I too didn't have a history of much vaginal infections but I just took for granted that this was me reaching a new level of health. My body just began to detoxify that way. For me it only lasted for about 3 months (and also was accompanied by a very strong smell though but also no itching), I figured, just like my underarms smell really strong when I detoxify this seems to work in a similar way. Great to know that I'm not the only one who experienced this symptom and that Bee confirmed that it is in fact detox. I think any area that has mucus is an excellent port out from the body for toxins.
Guest guest
, Thank you for your response to my post. While I'm sorry you've suffered from some of the same symptoms, it's also good to know that someone has been through the same thing I'm going through as it's very difficult to share these issues with people who have never suffered from candida. And, the worst part of it all, if you input your symptoms into the computer, you come up with all sorts of scary and awful conditions such as cervical cancer, etc. If you don't mind me asking, did you notice your vaginal discharge increasing with increased use of the coconut oil and/or antifungals? Sometimes, I see just a milky white drop or two when/after urinating and othertimes, it's a larger amount of discharge - again, just milky looking (mostly water consistency but sometimes a little clumping but not much). I never have a discharge on my clothing, etc. but am feeling extremely moist in the vaginal area. Sorry to be so graphic but I can't explain it any other way. Thanks for listening and sharing. I am definitely feeling 100% better since I started on this diet and look forward to being relieved of die off symptoms sooner versus later. How about you? Are you through the die off symptoms yet? Best of luck on the diet and to the best of health, Nikki > > > Just 6 weeks ago, I discovered your site and started following your diet plan > > Hi Nikki, > Congratulations to finding Bee and welcome to our group. Hi again Nikki, Totally agree! Other people just say " did you go to a doctor for that? " Totally missing the point. That's why we're here, we've already been to so many doctors and found them to be helpless at best and just pushing drugs and surgery at worst. >And, the worst part of it all, if you input your symptoms into the computer, you come up >with all sorts of scary and awful conditions such as cervical cancer, etc. Yes, I know it's terrible. I just feel so much safer now that I know I'm feeding myself properly. Plus we're actually reducing our risk of cancer enormously by not eating sugar anymore, not to mention all the other benefits of the diet. > If you don't mind me asking, did you notice your vaginal discharge increasing with >increased use of the coconut oil and/or antifungals? I saw no correlation to that at all. This symptom didn't even start until about 2 years into the program for me, so I had been on antifungals for 2 years when this started and I haven't changed anything in the diet. > I never have a discharge on my clothing, etc. I still do get that but I thought that was normal? I think it is. It's what people use to check where on their cycle they are. I know exactly when I'm ovulating thanks to it. > How about you? Are you through the die off symptoms yet? Nope, I'm still dealing with a lot of healing. But I have a whole year remaining before I can expect a huge turnaround. I was a very, very sick girl before starting this diet. On top of that, I'm dealing with a lot of stress and trauma related issues, PTSD etc. So I expect my journey to be longer and more challenging than it is for most. I have a lot of healing to do. But I feel very supported by the diet, by Bee and by this list. > Best of luck on the diet and to the best of health, To you too!
