I take Candex (not an anti-fungal, so you can't become immune to it and doesn't put a strain on the liver) and CP-1 Probiotics & L-Glutamine to heal my leaky gut. If you just have candida people have cured it within a month but I have M.E. so the progress is slower for me. Worth looking into!
