Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Thanks for your help so far, As it is to Omega 3 and 6 - I eat SOOOO much oils and fish .. and take a flaxseed supplement. Also as to going to a professional, I am not adverse to it, but I do wonder, as my depression was not somehting that came gradually, but all of a sudden, and is I am sure something that is physical rather than mental. This is not to say that I wouldnt see someone, but I just wonder how much they could help. Thanks for your ideas so far...
