Guest guest
Dear Geri, Thanks for your kind words of inspiration. I would love to get involved with making this disease known to the world. The only way to get the word out is to tell our stories to anyone who will pay attention. Let me know what I can do to help the 'cause in any way. Ginger

Guest guest
Re: Message 3-Candida and multiple allergies-Polland.--I used to have all these things too,(Accept for Celiac disease)and found that I had severe hypoglycemia. Found that hypoglycemic diet was very helplful in alliviating some of the symptoms. You are right about the sugar-lay off of it as much as possible. Eating protein at every meal, and go easy on simple carbohydrates is good. Lots of green and yellow vegetables will be more nourishing for your comprimised system. Eat 6 small meals a day rather than the usual 3. Candida thrives on sugar, and especially on Stress! Try mildly excersicing, such as walking, even when you feel like hell, and deep breathing. Good luck to you and try to find a support group with people that are suffering from similar health problems. God Bless! Marilyn
Guest guest
Some goodies to munch on??? Well, I make my own nut butter with sunflower seeds and put it on rice cakes or celery. Pretty yummy. Also, just mash up some avocado, add some onion, lemon juice, garlic, maybe a little sea salt, and you have a nice dip. You can dip rice cakes in this too. Or, if you've been really creative, make your own little breads with amaranth or teff flour, to enjoy on occasion. ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com

Guest guest
Queenie -- Hugs! Great to hear from you. :-) Sorry about your computer problems. The hunger might be a sign of your increased metabolism -- burn those calories! Great job! -- Hi yourself! :-) You rule, sweetie. You know what's important and focus on that. WTG! Quick update -- I weigh 228 (a 2 pound gain) and have lost 3 1/4 " inches since 8/29. My thighs are getting bigger -- most probably because I'm " sitting into " the side steps & kickbacks, lol. I don't feel bad at all about the gain because I am showing progress. Have a fab weekend all. Be safe. Hugs and many blessings! Guest guest
I would be happy to participate. I had a thyroidectomy about 10 years ago and a hysterectomy 30 years ago due to cancer. I have no metabolism to speak of, weight gain was bad. I have been told by my chiro that I have candidas, anything to help me feel alive again would be great. My email address is xencoder@... I am 58 years old going on 30 (mentally anyway) Penny --- Coconut Oil wrote: > >

Guest guest
Hi , I was diagnosed last November. I am 48. I was led to believe that it was unusual for someone my age to be diagnosed with CLL/SLL, so i was rather shocked when I went to the Lymphoma Research Foundation conference and find that most of the people in our breakout group were women around my age who. like myself, are generally helath consicous, fit people. So ... i think the demograhic has changed ...and t would seem that we are requiring more agressive treatment sooner. It's in the water .... Guest guest
Hi! Bottled my first batch of KT yesterday, I was very excited. Of course that means I have a few questions. I read on one of the sites that I should leave the bottles on the counter for a few days before refrigerating and drinking? Does anyone have an opinion on that? My brother in law just puts it in a container and right into the fridge. Also, my brew is not clear like I have seen, and has no fizz. It isn't cloudy, just dark in color. Is this OK? I have my brew in the kitchen, we don't do any frying or anything, but my hubby made a few burgers yesterday smelling up the kitchen. Does this kill it? I know I'm not supposed to move it, but its been only a day and I'm thinking I might need to get it out of there. Sorry for all the questions!
