eureka! you know... when I was a lot younger I had a very stubborn huge

wart on my heel. I had it burnt out ... and about every other thing you

could 'do' to kill a wart.

I had it probably about 15-20 years of my life. Having grown up in a

" completely " non-nutritional life style.. i remember people saying 'oh,

everyone has warts', like it was no big deal.

As I hit around 30 that wart was pretty big in my heel and it actually would

hurt... By this time in my life I was into alternative health meds and was

really starting to realize that I had health problems (one major one being

candida!).... anyway - a friend told me about a way to get rid of the wart -

and it REALLY worked.

Every night before bed I would take a small piece of banana peel - and tape

the " inside " of the peel (a small square covering the actual size of the

wart) to my heel. I did this every " night " - daytimes it would have been

too squishy to even think of walking around with the peel on my foot. So

for about 2-3 weeks every night i went to bed like that - and guess what?

VIOLA - the WHOLE HUGE wart just came out - like a PLUG. ooohhh it was

unreal.... and the coolest thing was that when it came out - underneath it

there wasn't just a 'bloody hole', but it was all healed up underneath...

really neat ...

just thought i'd share it with anyone who might be interested ...

Triumph (sort of)

Well, not too big of a deal here, but just wanted to

mention that I had a small triumph...that gross

planter's wart on the bottom of my foot is going

away!! The podiatrist swore it was 'viral', and that

the sporanox he gave me wouldn't help. As soon as I

cut out the sugar and started rotating tons of

ant-fungals, it started going away. But what do most

doctors know anyway?? He claimed the only way to get

rid of it was to remove it...I am so glad I didn't

listen to him, it would have put me off my feet for a

week (according to him anyway).

That info was a big help for a friend. She also discovered that banana skin

works really well to relieve the pain and itching associated with

haemorrhoids!

We could market this info....<grin>

That's something else - LOL! where do I send my banana peels now? hehehe!!

It's amazing though, how such simple items around the house (banana peels,

for instance) can bring relief to people. Hehehe :)

wonderful !

i'm sure its out there already in many people's understandings.... theres

" nothing new under the sun " ...

we've (this society) just been turning away from the 'simple' things... and

made life a lot more difficult,,, and reaping the 'reward' of that....

<sigh>
