<< What types of cleanses has everyone done here? colon, kidney, liver, lymph,

blood etc >>

I'm trying to find out which order to do them in and then I will begin to do

them all. Also which program to follow. There seems to be so many out there

and I'm getting confused about which is the best...

Hi ,

I've done colon, intestine, liver, gall-bladder, pancreas, kidney,

and bladder cleanses.... all in one month! Man, did I feel good after

that month! I think it's about time to do that again... after the

holidays.

Hi ,

I did my cleanses in the order listed in my previous message. (All

started after a year of candida cleansing.) I started with colon and

intestine to clear out. From everything I've read my understanding is

that you want these clear before doing a liver/gall-bladder cleanse

if you want to avoid the awful affects of drinking salt-water...

which I did. :) The second part of the intestinal cleanse was also

designed to clear parasites as well as metal and pharmaceutical

toxicity. Then I did the liver/gall-bladder cleanse followed by

kidney and bladder. Worked great for me!

Most programs that I have read, including those on curezone, say to

do the colon cleanse first, followed, I think by the liver, kidney,

lungs and lymph. I believe it depends on how compromised the body

is when the organs are clogged or improperly working.

You might want to consider doing the kidney cleanse before the liver

cleanse, since that allows for more toxins to escape. If the kidneys and

intestines are clean, then all the liver junk and toxins are expelled

easier.

I also have done the parasite, kidney, liver cleanses, and you do feel much

better afterward. with the liver cleanse it must be repeated until the liver

is clean, and if you have years of build up, it can take a few cleanses. I

have done two and still passed a lot of stones and sludge.

Fiona,

If you go into www.curezone.com, they'll have many recipes with

instructions for the various cleanses. It allows you to pick and

choose according to your personal tastes.
