Kate,

I know there is probably a lot of good broad spectrum probiotics on

the market but from the ones I have tried I got better results from

the Primal Defense. This product has 14 strains and are very hardy

which I think is more important than the bacteria count.

The literature says for a chronic condition to take 10,800 MG per day

for 90 days. I personally think that it will take a lot longer than

90 days for a severe systemic candida overgrowth.
