Hi,

Where could a body get recipes for these cleanses ? Do they have one for

bathroom cupboards too ?

Hi ,

I did my cleanses in the order listed in my previous message. (All

started after a year of candida cleansing.) I started with colon and

intestine to clear out. From everything I've read my understanding is

that you want these clear before doing a liver/gall-bladder cleanse

if you want to avoid the awful affects of drinking salt-water...

which I did. The second part of the intestinal cleanse was also

designed to clear parasites as well as metal and pharmaceutical

toxicity. Then I did the liver/gall-bladder cleanse followed by

kidney and bladder. Worked great for me!

I got the recipes from Dr. Hulda e's book, " the cure for all diseases. "

I know there are other recipies out there, but these ones worked well for me

and did not make me ill. (except for the liver cleanse, but they all make

you feel bad for a day)
