I'm wondering how long you can safely store raw vegetables withoug them growing mold on them? And do all foods grow mold on them? Do I also need to eat grains and protein within

24 hours? And how long can I store flax SEEDS in the freezer? And do any of you put the canola oil Spectrum spread on your food? It has citric acid in it but in parenthesis it says anti- mold 1/10 of a percent--something like that.... And I heard that I must give up dry herbs because of mold in them? Have any of you had a reaction to dry herbs? Do you only buy fresh herbs?
