Guest guest
I've had repeated bouts of bronchitis for years, treated with antibiotics. I got pneumonia, an ulcer, and another bout with pneumonia in the last six months. My blood tests showed Ebstein Barr too. I started going to different docs to figure it out and doing my own research. I've been reading this group's posts for a few months. I'm convinced candida is my problem. Yet, you can't mess with pneumonia. I had to take Avalox. When I finish this round, I'm going to try to attack the candida problem. I've been keeping a running list of books and web sites referred to here. My question is: What type of doctor do you go to that checks for candida? I'm currently undergoing allergy tests with an immunologist. My general MD thinks I may have Chronic Fatigue syndrome. He's sending me to an infectious disease specialist. I'm doing NAET acupuncture treatments too, which clear allergies. Apparently it's working, because I'm not showing allergies to things we've treated with NAET. I also started cranio-sacral massage, which theoretically releases trauma held in the body...emotional, physical injuries, etc. I'm convinced I have the candida problem because last night I succumbed to an " M & M " attack and today I feel so lousy and congested. Thanks to all the people who give such good info in these posts. So what kind of doc knows about candida?
