I did a little research and found some great web sites to check out. One of them is http://www.sumeria.net/health/cadida.html Please see this site -- and others. It says that spelt has much less gluten and it is a different kind of 'fragile' gluten, more easily digested (or maybe that was on another site). It also says that foods containing yeasts can be eaten, against popular belief. This brings Ezekiel bread back into the picture. Please read this site and put in keywords like " spelt, candidiasis, gluten " etc, and you will find a wealth of information. But thanks, , and I do appreciate your information.
